The Slider Artworks Process
The process of working with Slider Artworks is unique to every client, based on their design needs, home requirements, and timeline. When working with Slider Artworks you can expect the following process for your custom home project:
The client will setup a phone call appointment with Slider Artworks to discuss their needs. This would include sending pictures of the area to be worked on as well as some basic questions to determine design appeal and functionality. Why does the client want a Slider? What will be the primary purpose for this door?
Slider Artworks will schedule a walk-through to get a first hand look at the project site and to determine measurements.
Slider Artworks will then discuss more specifics to the project including texture, tone, contrast, and architectural elements in order to get the full design concept from the client.
At this time, a final design idea and concept is decided on between the client and Slider Artworks and the client will be given a total cost and timeline for the project. Typically projects take anywhere between 6-8 weeks to be completed, with that being said, some projects may take a little longer depending on the scope of the project.
A customer agreement will be signed at this time between the client and Slider Artworks along with an initial 50% deposit. This deposit starts the clock on the project.
Once the project is completed Slider Artworks will contact the client to setup an install appointment within 7 days.
When Slider Artworks finishes the install, the client will be expected to fulfill the remaining 50% payment.
